Our four main areas of specialty are weddings, family events (such as birthdays, anniversaries, bar/bat mitzvahs and holidays), corporate events and our very popular new presentation, Big Wine & Small Plates.
Our clients enjoy Pepper's full range of flexible culinary solutions to suit their custom needs, large or small, casual or elegant, from clambakes and barbeques to special occasion buffets or elegantly plated and served meals. We focus on the details and help create an amazing event. We work closely with our clients and produce memorable events that hosts can truly enjoy and participate in along with their guests.
Pepper's capacity is reflected in our custom menus. Our menus include gourmet, contemporary and traditional selections, as well as health conscious, vegan, gluten free, and game meat selections.
We also realize that as green awareness grows, more clients are requesting exclusively organic menus, hormone and antibiotic-free dairy, free range poultry and fresh organically grown vegetables and herbs. We are insightful and involved with sustainable agriculture, and participate in boosting the local economy by purchasing locally grown products.
